The improvement of industrial manufacturing capacity has an important impact on national economic development and social progress.CNC machine tool is an important component of manufacturing industry.The condition monitoring of CNC machine tool can detect and identify abnormal state of machine tool in time,further ensure the stable,safe and efficient operation of CNC machine tool,it is also the basis of improving industrial manufacturing capacity.CNC machine tool operating data is the carrier of machine tool status.The acquisition,processing,storage,analysis and visualization of CNC machine tool operating data can reflect the machine running status in real time,accurately and dynamically,realize online monitoring of machine tool status.At the same time,it is also an important basis for realizing the health warning and fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools.Therefore,this paper studies the acquisition,processing,storage and visualization technology of CNC machine tool operating data,and realizes the design and development of CNC machine tool condition monitoring platform.Firstly,the characteristics of CNC machine tool operating data,such as high timeliness,dynamic response,high transmission rate and mass data,are analyzed.On this basis,the requirement of condition monitoring platform based on CNC machine tool operating data is analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of big-data and application requirements of operating data,the overall framework of condition monitoring platform based on CNC machine tool operating data is proposed.Detailed design is carried out in five layers: operating data acquisition layer,operating data access layer,operating data processing layer,operating data storage layer and operating application layer.Secondly,the key technologies of condition monitoring platform based on CNC machine tool operating data are studied,including real-time monitoring technology of CNC machine tool operating data based on flow processing,judging technology of machine tool operating status based on real-time clustering,data storage technology for massive operating data,abnormal state recognition technology of CNC machine tool based on batch processing of operating data and the monitoring platform operating data visualization technology.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the deployment of the integrated development environment of the monitoring platform based on the operating data of CNC machine tools are completed,and the software system of the condition monitoring platform is developed.The function of the monitoring platform is demonstrated and analyzed through the case of cyclone milling machine cutting,and the feasibility of the proposed condition monitoring platform based on the operating data of CNC machine tools is tested.
