This paper studies the synthetic process of decaglycerin, decaglycerin monooleate, glyceryl monooleate. The synthesis of decaglycerin is using solid base as a catalyst, to explore the synthesis of time, temperature, amount of catalyst to decaglycerol. Using the national standard method of phthalic anhydride method to detect their degree of polymerization. This article comparative study on the Inhibition performance and surface film-forming properties of octadecylamine, unsaturated octadecylamine, N-octadecyl trimethylene diamine, and the results showed that:unsaturated octadecylamine is better than the other two in Inhibition performance and surface film-forming properties in 1 mol/L HC1 solution. When the concentration reaches 80 mg/L, the inhibition rate reached 91.95%, followed by octadecylamine.Due to the problem of low solubility of organic amines, thermal equipment in use is inconvenient, there will be clogged pipes and other problems. In this paper, synthesized decaglycerin monooleate and glyceryl monooleate as an emulsifier, glacial acetic acid as a co-solvent, the solvent, deionized water interaction, prepared the unsaturated octadecylamine emulsifier of 15% dispersion concentration. Increase the degree of dispersion of unsaturated octadecylamine in water, and shows more significant inhibition effect. Preparation of unsaturated octadecylamine emulsion has will liquidity, mixing, and conducive to the transportation and storage, and application.
