R&D of high speed printing machine is a typical knowledge intensive work, which involve multiple disciplines and need to spend a lot of time and money. A large number of product knowledge distribute dispersedly and stay in irregular status, which exacerbated the product development cycle and cost of inputs, lead enterprises unable to respond to market demands quickly. In this paper, to improving the quality of enterprise knowledge management, we do the research of how to obtain the knowledge of high-speed printing product design, integrate development and evaluation.First of all, divided the knowledge acquisition process into two stages-knowledge discovery and knowledge acquisition. Based on the research of target decomposition method, we proposed the knowledge discovery methods. And then combined with the techniques of knowledge acquisition strategy, using artificial method of obtain knowledge to access to high speed printing machine product knowledge.Secondly, using the method of knowledge integration based on knowledge model, through the correct knowledge, knowledge of standardization, knowledge context, knowledge spreading the concept and context of knowledge representation, we get full integration of product design knowledge of high speed printing machine. Then, establish the evaluation model and method, and evaluate the two aspects of a high speed printing machine product knowledge reuse system and the enterprise personnel involved in the case. Finally, through the establishment of high speed printing machine product knowledge reuse system, proved the theory in this paper, which improve the design quality and efficiency of product.
