Mine drainage system is one of the main production system of mine essential, its role is to mine mine water gushing timely, safe and reliable, economical and reasonable row to the ground, to ensure that the mine and downhole operation personnel life safety and coal mine safe production. Therefore, the design of a high reliability and stability of the pump room centralized control system, the operation of coal mine safety monitoring of underground pumping station is more effective measures to ensure the safety in production of coal mine.This article mainly aims at some problems existing in the system of underground Xinglong Zhuang coal mine pump control, design of centralized control system. Taking the design of current control system of underground central pump room for reference, put forward a kind of automatic control system scheme of mine central pump house area network bus controller and embedded industrial computer monitoring based on.This system meet the "coal mine safety regulations", "coal mine drainage pump station drainage pipeline design specification", "coal mine communication, detection, control of general electric and electronic products technical requirements", "electrical apparatus for explosive atmospheres- General requirements" and "ordinary mine electrical equipment" and other relevant provisions. The relevant requirements, basic principle to safety, stable and reliable.This paper select the local control system using industrial computer as the core, using embedded graphics system ?C / GUI as the software platform, the function of network communication between the local control device and Inoue control center realize the Ethernet communication technology. The system uses Rockwell’s ControlLogix series(Series 1756) product PLC as the control core, combined with a variety of sensor to collect various data parameters, system parameters to complete the action through the operation of the valve and the detection mechanism, a reasonable start and stop the pump, complete automatic control, system through the man-machine interface, data, image, text, reflect the real-time work state of the system and the corresponding parameters.
