In recent years,along with our country's attention to metal and non-metallic underground mines,metal and non-metallic underground mines are gradually moving towards automation and intelligence.The drainage system closely related to mine safety production is also gradually improving and improving,from the previous duty,relying on the experience of pump workers to start and stop pumps unattended,to achieve efficient and energy-saving automatic control.This paper aims at a copper mine drainage system transformation project,the original drainage system automation upgrade,In the project,PLC control,monitoring system,sensors and other instrumentation on-line monitoring technology are used.Siemens S7 series PLC is selected as the control core,Ethernet module and fiber optic transceiver are configured to connect the signals into the underground ring network,and all kinds of underground sens'ors and electric valve signals are uploaded through PLC.The configuration software in the upper computer is used.All kinds of data are displayed in real time to achieve automatic control of water pumps.Firstly,the paper describes the original drainage system,analyzes the shortcomings of the original drainage system,puts forward the requirements of automatic control and designs the scheme;secondly,the selection of hardware equipment,including PLC,pumps,sensors,etc.Finally,the field construction verifies that the pump control system designed in this paper can communicate with each other and count.According to upload and instruction,the parts are displayed and operated normally,and the automatic control of the pump is realized.The functions of unattended and peak avoidance and valley filling are realized to meet the requirements of underground safety production.
