After entering twenty-first Century, With the rapid development of automobile industry, the volume of car ownership has increased sharply, the contradiction between resources and environment has become increasingly apparent. China is about to enter the ranks of middle income countries. During this period, a large number of cars will enter people’s daily life. And the amount of car ownership will further increase, inevitably, a considerable number of cars will be in the "old age", Finally they will be abandoned. The old cars is not without their value, but not be reasonable used, resulting in repeated consumption of energy, waste of resources and the twice environmental pollution problems, and direct affect on the normal development of the automobile industry. Therefore, when the cars is out of service they will be recycled, so the new cars increasingly enter the society, meanwhile the number of scrap cars will also increase every year. The influence of scrap cars on people’s lives, health and the environment has become increasingly serious. In addition, China’s sustainable development strategy has been put forward. Saving resources and energy, improving the recycling of waste products has become urgent, so scrap automobile recycling is highly valued by the government and society.In this paper, the scrap car recycling is studied systematically and profoundly. Firstly, the recycling of scrap car is analyzed, and I put forward the significance of scrap recycling. I state and explain the current situation of scrap automobile recycling at home and abroad. Then according to our current situation and existing problems, I puts forward some corresponding measures.Secondly, based on the research of the theory of automobile recycling, I established a scrapped automobiles recycling evaluation system based on LCED. From three aspects,the economy, the environmental impact factors of automotive product design and technology, this paper expounds some important goals the scrapped automobiles should reach for car disassembly model is established, using the genetic algorithm to optimize disassembly model, in order to obtain the most economical disassembly sequence; I evaluate environmental index of scrapped automobiles through LCA of ISO14000 and technical index of them by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)in order to provide reference for auto production enterprises in automobile design stage. In addition it also can provide basis for the recycling of automotive components.Finally, I establish the database of scraped car recycling system, based on the MySQL. The database of the evaluation system can provide advantages and disadvantages of scrapped automobiles in the aspect of economy, environment and technology. It can not only give some evaluation advice in the automobiles recycling phase, and give feedback to the initial design production stage and provide feedback to design production, so as to enable the designer to improve.
