PU imitation wood material is made of polyurethane combination material through blending, mixing, injection molding, foaming, curing, demoulding process of a high density of rigid polyurethane foam plastics, is often referred to as "PU imitation wood" or "synthetic wood", it has high rigidity and mechanical strength, wide range of density and molding process is simple, the advantages of high production efficiency, beautiful products, in the furniture industry, decoration engineering and other industries developed rapidly, to protect the environment, saving resources has the profound significance.Based on PU imitation wood bedside table as the research object, based on the theory of finite element method, introducing the finite element method and its application software ABAQUS simulation analysis and optimization design of furniture structure, furniture material, furniture structure mechanics, the finite element method, computer three-dimensional modeling, computer simulation analysis, the optimization design system was studied as a whole. Research of PU imitation wood ark first the main components and the overall structure of the static analysis and drop analysis, and explores the optimization module of ABAQUS furniture structure optimization design method, and computer aided analysis system for the development of furniture structure provides the theoretical foundation and scientific basis. The application of finite element method(fem) and analysis software of ABAQUS furniture can shorten development cycle, reduce cost, save resource, improve the quality of furniture products, and security. Summarizing the research achievements of this thesis and conclusion are as follows:(1) OF PU imitation wood material and finite element method in the research and application in the field of furniture for sorting, induction, summary, discusses the PU imitation wood material used in the furniture industry and furniture structure with finite element analysis software ABAQUS simulation analysis and optimization design of feasibility and scientific nature.(2) It is mainly composed of PU imitation wood, MDF, etc in material of ark of the head of a bed as the research object, its form and the stress distribution are studied and determined using three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks furniture entity model is set up the basic ideas and principles of simplification, the model of the main structure and shape of parts size shall be maximum entity with furniture; Only selection of components, remove those far away from the concerned parts of the components, such as for decorative parts, etc.; Remove the pattern on the surface of the furniture and decorative pattern, because the main adornment effect such as design and decorative pattern, for the structural strength and stability can be regarded as no effect; Simplify some appropriate shape and size of the parts and components such as the rounded edge can be changed to edges, easy to divide the grid.(3) With reference to the relevant national standards, MDF in PU imitation wood material and the elastic constants, and mechanical strength test is carried out for the computer simulation analysis and optimization design to provide basic data. Look from the result of the test, increase with the density of PU imitation wood material, the bending strength, compression strength, tensile strength increased, compared with the other furniture industry commonly used imitation wood materials, the comprehensive performance of PU imitation wood material is the most ideal.(4) this research reference related ark kind of furniture of national standard and the actual usage, bedside table overall structure and main parts by the static load of stress and strain of the situation, also use ABAQUS dynamic analysis module of ABAQUS/Explicit analysis under the condition of drop force and deformation of the bedside table, process and results of analysis suggests that the use of finite element analysis software ABAQUS to furniture the applicability of the simulation analysis was made on the structural strength and scientific.(5) Through the study of the optimization design of PU imitation wood cabinet legs, probes into the optimized design module of ABAQUS role in furniture structure optimization design. Across the optimization module of ABAQUS to optimize design, on the basis of ensure the structural strength, can receive ark leg bottom size optimization design, makes the PU imitation wooden structure strength better, more optimized. After optimization analysis, ark leg bottom width is 38.5 mm, depth is 40.2 mm, 52.3 was smaller than the original size underside area, save the raw material, the maximum stress 3.723 MPa, maximum strain is 0.1478 mm, the stress and strain before are less than optimal.This study explores the simulation based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS to furniture structure analysis and optimization design method. Through the simulation analysis of polyurethane bedside table with static load and sliding under the action of the structural strength, stability and security of structure, the optimization design of PU imitation wood cabinet legs, make furniture structure design more scientific, more reliable, furniture to shorten the development cycle, reduce costs, save materials, improve the quality of furniture products and security purposes.
