The thesis introduced the background of the subject,made a comprehensive analysis of related achievement in domestic and foreign for heavy-duty dump truck,introduced the method of heavy-duty mining truck in foreign,and described the domestic achievement in heavy-duty mining truck,made a summary for the existing problems,then,introduced the research purpose and significance of the project,put forward the research content,and proposed the overall research plan.Made analysis of the steering mechanism for multi-axle vehicle,and compared different structure characteristics and determined the type for steering mechanism.Introduced the existing stable problems of steering mechanism,which occurred in the vehicle of 220 t.Described the process of dynamic stability analysis and the reason of difficulty by this problem,and put forward some solutions.Then,made a research of new steering mechanism,analyzed the principle of new steering mechanism,and put forward a segment concept with some implementation,then designed the prototype structure,with independent intellectual property rights.On the base of this research,designed the new steering mechanism for five-axle vehicle,proposed the design process for the new mechanism,confirmed the initial parameters of steering mechanism,and established the parameterized model,then optimized the model in two steering mode with Adams,the optimization result was good.Then,made a research of lifting mechanism,including the design of simulation and optimization,choose a right lifting mechanism suitable for the vehicle,which is F type,it had obvious advantages compared with past vehicle,on the base of the initial design plan of lifting mechanism,established the parameterized simulation model,and optimized the model with Adams,the result was good.Lastly,on the base of lifting mechanism,made lightweight research on the cargo compartments of the vehicle,the thesis put forward an entity-layered method meet to the cargo's characteristic,with the study,established the model of the vehicle,and with the entity-layered method,made topology optimization of the model,then made a manufacture design based on the optimization result,in order to verify the cargo's performance,made stress analysis of the design plan,the result showed that the structure was meet with vehicle's requirement,after this,evaluated the lightweight result,the results showed that the design of cargo was reasonable.Through the study of the steering mechanism and the lifting system,achieved a good result,and the thesis offers references to similar problems in research of heavy-duty mining dump truck,the thesis also has a certain of application value and practical significance.
