Improvement On Design Of Tilt Hammer Crusher Used In Colliery

The paper offered relevant improvements based on original structure:(1) Crusher improved is mounted head of conveyor on the coal chute export separately, with floor mounted, no longer matched with reprint machine, crusher gets rid of the limitation of it used with loader, broaden the applications of equipment.(2) Adopting the scheme of screening before it breaking. Coal and gangue from coalface is transported into the guide chute of crusher by conveyor. The loose small coal blocks will be filtered through the sieve of guide chute, thus large size, hard coal or gangue is concentrated to crush, and energy consumption is reduced, crushing effect is improved.(3) Reference crushing mechanism of mine hammer crusher, the rigid connection between hammer and the hammer seat is changed into movable hinge, impact between hammer and the hammer seat is reduced; Through the optimization of the hammer, the impact on the pin shaft while the hammer striking coal is reduced further; and by means of calculating the maximum collision force of the hammer pin hole in the limit case, the maximum impact force for the main shaft in the work is estimate, and the design and strength check of the main shaft is completed.Product improved has been inspected by Taiyuan Mine Equipment Inspection Center. Production experiment showed that the improved crusher, Its working performance is stable and the crushing efficiency is improved. The research results of this paper possessed some references to design and calculation of other mining hammer crusher.
