For manufacturing enterprise, process is a bridge between product design and manufacturing, process management is the core of enterprise management, and it directly determines the enterprise’s market competitiveness, especially in recent years, national equipment manufacturing industry developing rapidly, product process management to the enterprise is becoming more and more important. Large mine hoist as an important equipment of mine engineering, is the throat of the mine transportation. As a large mechanical products, the key parts-the spindle has the characteristics of large tonnage, process complex, long production cycle, and the products according to the single piece and small batch production, so the enterprise often can not quickly respond to the market demand. And because the restrictions such as climate, geographical environment and installation condition, tend to the same specifications of the components is also difficult to swap. At the same time, for mine hoist this kind of complex products, traditional way of technological design and management has lagged behind the development of manufacturing informatization. Therefore, research process route design, the process of examination and approval and sign, process version and typical process management, process management, document and knowledge management, and other functions in the integration of complex system design and management, is a key to promoting equipment manufacturing enterprise information construction.In view of problems existed during design and management of mine hoist manufacturing process in a heavy machine enterprise, proposed based on B / S structure of the mine hoist Process Management System solutions. The paper started from the actual needs of enterprises, used IDEF0 method to establish the overall functional model of the system, designed the overall architecture and the functional modules of the system, and on the basis of the overall system design, completed the construction of the system database on the SQL Server 2005 database software, and described the security structure of the system. At the same time, the paper discussed the key technology and method to realize the system and methods. and combined with practice of enterprise, from the system card template, process design, process development, wysiwyg(What You See Is What You Get) aspects researched its implementation technology.On the basis of above research, used the Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2008 as the development platform, used C# programming language and ASP technology to develop a set of large mine hoist key parts process management system based on B/S architecture, achieved process design of what you see is what you get, system could uniformly manage all kinds of process design and technical document resources, ensured process design data consistency, accuracy and safety, it offered references for normalization of process management in future.
