Mine hoist occupies very important position in the transport system of ascension. Its product design process is still mainly the traditional manual work and experience design, and has repeatedly design process, long cycle,low accuracy, strong staff labor intensity, slow speed of product update deficiencies.According to the above defects, the paper developed the mine hoist digital design platform by introducing the idea of "Internet +" and combining with the computer technology. It can improve design personnel work efficiency, shorten the product development cycle and has great significance to the development of mine hoist industry.The scheme to the digital design technology applied in the process of hoist design is proposed by the research of the digital design technology at home and abroad. The paper developed the goal of platform design, introduced structure design, development environment and function design. And the key technologies of realizing of each system were described in detail.Knowledge engineering is a kind of knowledge system, which takes knowledge as processing object. It is designed and maintained with the help of engineering thought and the using of principle method and technology of artificial intelligence. At present, the knowledge engineering has been widely used in data processing, industry and education and other fields. On basis of knowledge engineering theory, the hoist knowledge management system was established by using Visual Studio2010 and SQL Server2008, which could help the designer quickly query related data information and realize the hoist of knowledge resources sharing.In order to manage platform,the user management system, which included user login and registration system, user feedback system and user help system,was established. It can achieve a good user management of platform, make the platform constantly improve and better serve the users.All of the system were integrated in the environment of Internet Information Services. And using Dreamweaver CS5 designed a unified interface style of the platform. Then the mine hoist digital design platform was developed.The system test of the platform was carried on. The results of test showed that the platform could run steadily and each system could realize the expected function.The system would digital design thought throughout the design process of the hoist,and got rid of the disadvantages of traditional design. It collected a large amount of hoist design knowledge resources, which could provide theoretical supports for the innovation of product design, improve the market competitiveness of products and then bring great benefits for the enterprise.
