In the process of production of coal mine system, along with the operation of the mine ventilation system, carrying a large amount of heat from underground mine exhaust the wind, have the characteristics of return air temperature and humidity all the year round in a stable at the same time, so it is a potential high-quality low temperature heat source, but often ignore this part of the heat energy in the process of coal mine production and direct discharge into the atmosphere, so he’s using it becomes very important.In combination with the practical situation of the mine, using exhaust air heat exchanger and water source heat pump system to recycling of waste heat of exhaust air, for the heating of coal mine construction, as well as provide calories intake wellhead room antifreeze. First of all, by calculation of coal mining under the condition of different outdoor temperature of heat pump units open condition were analyzed. Through the field survey, using the exhaust heat from the mine, provide heat source heat pump units. Mine construction the maximum heat load is 3686 k W, according to the heat pump cop assumptions to the heat exchanger, the import and export temperature difference in temperature is 6 K, return air temperature difference is about 11 K, at this time in heat can meet the requirements. Join the exhaust air heat exchanger in the exhaust system, in order to study the heat transfer effect, this article adopts the numerical simulation and field test two methods to study the heat transfer effect of heat exchanger. Through tube heat exchanger and the corresponding fluid flow and mass transfer in spray heat exchanger heat transfer numerical simulation of the process, the pipe heat exchanger is obtained in the air temperature distribution, velocity distribution and the distribution of droplet spray heat exchanger under different conditions, comparison and analysis to get the right form of heat exchanger. According to different forms of finned tube heat exchanger, respectively to simulate contrast research, draw a fork in the form of heat exchanger is superior to the in-line, but the heat transfer effect is not obvious. To spray heat exchanger in different wind speed imports, spray droplet diameter and heat exchanger under different spray height, so the heat exchange efficiency of the whole system simulation concludes that the factors of influence. Finally through in-situ test, compared with the simulation results, the reliability of the simulation result is verified. This article also joint of heat exchanger efficiency of water pump system, it is concluded that the system of payback period is 6 years, illustrates from the economic recovery of mine waste heat, the feasibility of using the appropriate heat exchanger.
