Energy shortage and environmental pollution are two headache problems in today's society.Coal industry,as a large energy consumption industry,it's imperative to carry out energy-saving emission reduction.Mine return air is a kind of low temperature waste heat resource which is generated in the production process of the coal enterprises with high use value.Based on mine return air waste heat recovery with heat pump system as the research object,combined with air and water direct-contact heat and mass transfer theoretical knowledge,on the basis of the existing literature,after referenced a large number of mine return air waste heat recovery heat pump system application instances,some researches were done to study the system of using mine return air heat exchanger and heat pump technology in combination to achieve mine return air heat recovery,the composition and operating conditions in different seasons of the heat pump system which used in mine return air waste heat recovery was analyzed.According to mine return air energy acquisition system,the calculation of the residual heat of the mine return air in the actual engineering applications and the thermal calculation of actual project of mine return air heat exchanger design were introduced.And theoretically analysis of the main factors which impact on heat and mass transfer process of mine return air waste heat recovery were done.To analyze the influences on heat and mass transfer performance of the various factors of significant in mine return air heat recovery,10 kinds of impact factors which influence on the heat and mass exchange performance are selected.An experimental program based on orthogonal test method and an experimental model of analog heat pump system which used in mine return air waste heat recovery are designed to examine each of them influence on indicators such as total heat exchange efficiency,general heat exchange efficiency and so on.The experimental model not only can be implemented in the annual simulation of heat and moisture transfer process of mine return air heat exchange,but also can be achieved in do experimental test to research the different influence factors under different level influence on heat and mass transfer performance parameters such as heat transfer efficiency,resistance characteristics,dust collection efficiency,rate of water loss,and noise reduction capabilities,it also can provide fundamental theoretical and experimental evidence for the development of heat and mass transfer in mine return air heat recovery.Finally,a mine return air waste heat recovery in practical engineering application was taken to introduce the operation effect of the actual project under the actual mine return air flow properties,actual load and load characteristics,the practical return air heat exchanger structure and diffusion tower type.And the energy conservation and environmental protection benefits by using heat pump used in mine return air heat recovery was analyzed.And it illustrated that the actual engineering applications can ensure the effects of the running,at the same time,it also has a good economic and environmental benefits,and good popularization and application prospects.
