As China’s major energy production and consumption patterns, coal has been accounted for about 70% of total energy. The mortality rate of one million tons coal dropped to 0.253 in 2014, but compared to other coal-producing country in the world, the situation of China’s coal mine production safety situation is still grim.Existing studies tend to evaluate the security situation in research and qualitative research, on the status quo of view, China’s consumption of coal mine production safety accidents, research and study of coal mine accidents cause of the problem has a very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the statistical analysis of a large number of historical data, with accidents analysis theory and existing research at home and abroad, Proposed level jumping accident causation analysis theory and design of the accident measurement tools, Using structural equation modeling and DEMATEL algorithms to explore the mechanism of coal mine safety accidents role causation factors, the relationship between the factors and the impact of the mine safety, and established coal mine safety accident causation factors research model.Under the premise of quality assurance data, the study explored the model verification, the results of the analysis and the corresponding coal mine safety management strategy.Research shows that government enterprises, production management, human factors, resource conditions of the existence of a more significant impact on the occurrence of coal mine accidents in this time, followed by technical management and security management.According to the results, were prepared from the former mining analysis, manufacturing process control and rescue made to improve the situation of safe production of coal mine safety management strategy after the accident.
