The machinery industry is the foundation of China's traditional industries.The sustainable development of the machinery industry plays a decisive role in the development of the national economy.However,due to the low level of China's machinery production and processing,and the relatively poor safety management,mechanical injury accidents are not uncommon and have various manifestations.It Highlights the importance of the prevention and control of mechanical casualties.How to effectively identify the causal mechanism of mechanical casualties and prevent the occurrence of mechanical accidents is a major problem for enterprises in production safety management.Based on a large amount of statistical data,this paper draws on the 2-4 model theory of accident causes and epidemiological theory,uses statistical analysis,accident tree analysis,and constructs an explanatory structural model to analyze the causes of mechanical injury accidents and constructs mechanical casualty accidents.The causal model,and on this basis,put forward prevention measures and recommendations for mechanical casualties.Firstly,based on the statistical statistics of accident statistics,an accident statistics labeling system was established.Based on this,epidemiological analysis was used to statistically analyze the data of mechanical casualty accidents in the industrial and mining industry during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period in Zhejiang Province;The distribution of the overall laws that led to the accident,the distribution of the law of the company,and the distribution of the attributes of the fatalities of the accidents;and the more important causes of accidents were screened out.Secondly,we screened the causal factors that resulted from the above statistical analysis,determined the hierarchical relationships among the causative factors,and used SPSS software to quantitatively analyze and analyze epidemiological studies.The fault tree analysis method and the ISM analysis method were used to derive the importance of each causal factor on the mechanical casualties and the relationship between the causal factors.This gives the most fundamental cause of mechanical casualties.Thirdly,on the basis of the above-mentioned accident causal factors,the accidental cause 2-4 model theory was used to construct the model of the cause of mechanical injury accidents,and the practicability of the model was evaluated based on the case analysis of typical mechanical injury accidents.Finally,on the basis of the study of the causes of mechanical casualty accidents and mechanical casualty accident models,the “0243” safety management model was proposed.This model provides measures and suggestions on the prevention of mechanical injury casualties from the aspects of improving the essential level of mechanical production safety,establishing and improving the safety culture of machinery industry enterprises,and improving the social supervision and management system of the machinery industry.
