Through the application of the safety management theory, reliability theory, ergonomics theory, accident causation theory, safety control theory to research the technology, equipments, dangerous chemicals, and safety management system of JK Company's new project. And analysis the hidden trouble of the production process. Through the analysis of all the factors which effected the safety of the new project, to build a safety management strategy of the new project of JK Company.After a full consideration of the different effects from all the safety factors to JK Company's new project, we can propound the improvement of safety management policy of JK Company's new project. We here state it as "the five elements of safety management":the reliable equipments, the perfect process, an executable system, the responsible working attitude, and the controlled operations. Then to do improvement in four aspects:safety management concept, management mechanism, equipment safety management system, and process safety management of JK Company's new project. And propose specific improvement of safety management's strategy. Then to establish the company's safety management and build the structure of the fittest safety management mode of JK Company's new program.
