Comprehensive Evaluation Of Urban Sludge Treatment And Disposal Program

With the urbanization process in China,the urban population is growing, thus the corresponding sewage treatment facilities mushroomed build. The Increase of urban waste water treatment plant significantly increase our capacity for sewage treatment, But generated a lot of sludge. Currently, the majority of our sewage treatment plant sludge disposal is still stuck in the disposal traditional way, Due to the lack of basis of choice on the sludge treatment and disposal way, many new sewage treatment plants are learn from this model blindly, which has seriously hampered the efficiency of sludge treatment and disposal. Faced with increasing sludge, how to choose sludge treatment and disposal options become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly, through aggregation and consolidation of field research data,explain the processes operational of sludge treatment and disposal, at the same time, summarizes the cost-effective of common sludge treatment and disposal technology. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the sludge treatment and disposal project, based on economic, environmental, technical, social these four dimensions, analyze the various factors affecting the choice of sludge treatment and disposal options, and establish a sound evaluation system sludge disposal. Finally, make sludge treatment and disposal situation in Xi’an as an example, apply the evaluation model to the instance, verify the reasonableness and applicability of the model. The evaluation results show that: Xi’an sludge used for landscaping, production of cement is preferred embodiment, and proposed countermeasures related recommendations for the evaluation of the results.
