Natural gas as a clean energy, it can alleviate the situation about the shortage of regional energy effectively, the exploration and exploitation of natural gas energy has been flourished in recent years. But with the development of projects about exploration and exploitation of natural gas, the environmental pollution problems also arising gradually, especially the solid waste generated from drilling process, its components are complex, and harmful to the environment. So how to choose the gas drilling solid waste treatment technology scientific and effective has a very important practical significance for the protection of the regional environment and ensuring long-term stable development of the natural gas industry.To solve this problem, under the premise of summarizing the characteristics of gas drilling solid waste and the common treatments, the paper determined the weight of evaluation indexes for gas drilling solid waste disposal program based on the improved analytic hierarchy process, constructed a comprehensive evaluation system for treatment programs of gas drilling solid waste combined the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluated the effect of three treatment program, and determined the optimum treatment program and tested an example for it.The study shows that the weight of environmental benefits is the highest and the social benefits’weight is the lowest in criteria layer, the values are 0.3974 and 0.1286 respectively by the apply of improved AHP; the weight of reduction ratio, resource recovery rate and the potential gains are high in index layer, the values are 0.1387, 0.1257 and 0.1064 respectively; and the index weight of environmental awareness of local residents and corporate image are low, the values are 0.0368 and 0.0395 respectively. The comprehensive evaluation system that the paper constructed containing three levels of target layer, criterion layer and index layer and 13 indicators totally, the evaluation shows that the scores of treatment program about chemical curing landfill, reinjection and making cement accessories by incineration are 4.8395 points, 4.8729 points and 8.1003 points, so the treatment program of making cement accessories by incineration has obvious advantages comprehensive, and it’s the optimum treatment program for gas drilling solid waste.The practical application analysis of making cement accessories by incineration treatment program shows that the implementation of the program will not affect the environment, and the quality of cement that produced by using burning slag as materials is acceptable, and it has application value.
