Electrical equipments of urea product packaging lines are complex and variety in numerous large chemical fertilizer industry. The trestle belt transport and the scraper of bulk library are the most important large-scale electrical equipments. They are related to the operation of packaging equipment operating normally. After years of continuous production operation, equipments are obsolescence, components and spare parts are in shortage, these factors often endanger the continuous operation of automation production. With the end of the last century and at the beginning of twenty-first Century, microcomputer control technology and transducer technology is applied widely in industrial control, the application technology of PLC reflects its unique superiority.This paper is the application of Siemens S7-200, OMRON C series of PLC technology and MCGS configuration software KunLun Tong Tai of urea product transport control electrical production line technological transformation. The measure of technological transformation by PLC programming control instead of the early relay-contactor control, eliminates the hidden troubles of the equipment fault. Trestle belt transport interlocking realizes PLC from the control station, and in the scraper monitoring room it is implemented in PC real-time monitoring, the scraper cart operation indoor is installed man-machine exchange interface and touch screen control system; the scraper cart running winding motor which is changing speed by resistance in series is replaced by squirrel cage motor frequency control to solve the problem of automatic deviation correction of scraper; readjust the rake machine matching relationship in the automatic control cam controller action program. All of these improve the operator’s work environment, improve the reliability of equipment operation and automatic degree, reduce repair costs, provide the powerful technical support for the long period and ensure safe operation of equipment.Establish a distributed computer control system of finished urea product transport production line and trestle belt transport PLC and scraper control PLC are regarded respectively as two subsystems. Establish a total control room, connect these systems through PROFIBUS-DP network and use the computer to achieve the overall monitoring.
