The paper introduces the current background of the manufacturing industry,the status of the textile industry and the need for textile intelligent development and upgrading.Intelligent production is the development direction of textile manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.It designs the information system architecture of textile 4.0 industry.The keys to the intelligent production of the textile industry are the integration of the automation equipment and the application of the information system in the whole production process.The information system runs through the whole process of the whole process,which finally improves the productivity and product quality and cuts cost.This paper designs a set of data acquisition and information management system for spinning workshop,Based on roving machine,it introduces the underlying equipment control,human-machine interface,equipment data acquisition,and data front-end display in Brower.Based on PLC,MCGS embedded development software and mcgsTPC touch screen,it develops a human-machine interface for roving machine,through which it achieves monitoring and collecting equipment data of the roving machine production process.Based on.NET platform and SQL Server database,the Web-based information management system of spinning workshop was developed.The system mainly includes the production module of spinning process,the process management module,the equipment management module and the energy consumption management module.Based on the Web Server function in Windows CE system,it realizes the connection of human-machine interface real-time database and the SQL server database.The server can request corresponding human-machine interface data by programming technology,and the embedded HMI will send the corresponding data to database server.Through PC,mobile phones and other terminal browser,it can easily monitor the workshop overview,alarm warning and equipment maintenance status.
