Flash butt welding technique is widely used in modern industrial production. With the development of modern industry, it not only put forward higher request on the hydraulic device transmission performance, but also need a higher tracking accuracy under the condition of the interference, especially for the process of large cross section hot billet dynamic welding which has the characteristics of higher power and larger disturbance.In this case, modeling and simulated analysis using the computer simulation technology is of great importance. Computer simulation technology can not only predict the system performance, but also reduce the time of project. By the analysis and evaluation of the overall welding process of the hydraulic servo system and chooseing the reasonable welding method, computer simulation technology can optimize the system, shorten the design cycle and get a more efficient system.Based on the comparison and analysis with kinds of transmission control mode, finally the article adopted the hydraulic transmission control system. On the base of the analysis on the principle, characteristics and structure of the main hydraulic components, this article established the mathematical model and simulation model of hydraulic servo system. The Ⅱ PID,LQR and ADRC of hydraulic servo system are introduced and established respectively. Finally the article use AMESim and MATLAB to analysis and comparison the simulation of the hydraulic servo system.The simulation results show that the computer simulation technology is an effective method to analysis and get the model of the hydraulic servo control system. Control precision of the conventional ⅡPID controller are difficult to meet the requirements,but it had the high ability to resist disturbance. The dynamic tracking ability of LQR is very good, but its robustness is not strong. The ADRC had strong anti-interference ability, it was the suitable control method to be used in the dynamic welding of the large cross section hot billet.
