Hot Blast Stove is one of the important equipment in the ironmaking process, the construction is a huge project, capital cost is very high, compared to blast furnace construction cost, Hot Blast Stove’s cost is high, about the1.1~1.5times of the blast furnace, in addition to blast furnace overhaul cost is very high. Therefore, the hot air furnace computer virtualization research has important significance, hot air furnace control system virtual instrument is on the hot blast furnace control system with computer.Hot blast stove high blast temperature is beneficial to improve quality of pig iron, increase blast furnace production and reduce energy consumption, for blast furnace iron making production of hot blast stove combustion process control and reasonable operation is to improve the hot blast furnace heat efficiency and a handle segment.This paper first describes the development process of hot-blast stove, the intelligent control is of great significance for hot blast stove. The burning operation optimization of blast furnace, two stages to increase supply of hot-blast stove combustion process of hot-blast stove, namely, aggrandizement combustion period and storage period, respectively by combustion combustion control and heat-storing combustion control. In aggrandizement combustion period using oxygen analyzer using the method of flue gas were controlled, adjusted according to the oxyuen content of air fuel ratio, to achieve optimal combustion control period, high fever with a correction factor for heat-storing combustion fuzzy controller to control the temperature of the flue gas exchange efficiency, energy conservation purposes. The control system of the scientific analysis, need to develop virtual instrument and control system links, access control system data and returns the data, through the simulation, optimization and control of the hot blast stove combustion process control.This paper introduces in detail the hot air furnace control system virtual research, on the hot blast furnace control system computer simulation program implemented in the computer to control all aspects of the operation process, virtual, for bla furnace construction, simulation and training provides a very effective way.
