There is affluent in plant for drug in our countiy, and the anti-tumor activity of Chinese Traditional Medicine is recognized by many people in the world. Dioscorea bulbifera L. and Robdosia serra(Maxim.) Hara both are anti-tumor Chinese Traditional Medicine in common use, and they are proved to be of high curative effect during the long time usage. The chemical components of them and their anti-tumor activity and integrated mechanism are studied in this dissertation. The nourishment for the form and growth of tumor is supplied by the new tiny blood vessel. If the form and growth of new tiny blood vessel around tumor is controlled, the tumor?growth can be controlled until its disappear It was proved that the growth of new tiny blood vessel is dependent on Methionine aminopeptidase II, one kind of enzyme, which is short by MetAP2. If MetAP2 is controlled effectively, the growth of tumor then can be controlled. The Matter that can controll MetAP2 will probably be a new type drug for anti-tumor. The ethanol extraction of Dioscorea bulbifera L. and Robdosia serra(Mexim.) Ham are respectively separated by column separation method and the fractions are carried through activity assay. It is the first time that l-(3-Aminopropvl)-2-pipecoline with high activity is found Out from Dioscorea Bulbifera L., and its structure is analyzed by MS; By the TLC of the ethanol and water extraction from I Dioscorea Bulbifera L., II Angelica And lllDioscorea Bulbifera L., the toxicity elimination mechanism(it is considered as cooperation between Dioscorea Bulbifera L. and Angelica) of Angelica?action on Dioscorea Bulbifera L. is discussed the first time. It is the first time that a fraction with high activity is found out from Robdosia serra(Maxim.) Ham and analyzed by GC-MS; By more research, it is considered that this fraction抯 activity is dependent on cooperation of components.
