The paper studied the improved process for preparing phosphorus sulfochloride, where high-effective liquid catalyst was employed, and investigated the catalytic activity and service life of the novel catalyst. The optimum process conditions of batch and semi-continous operation were obtained by single factor experiments and modified simplex experiments.The research demonstrated that the novel catalyst has a excellent catalytic performance, such as high catalytic activity, fine stability, long service life, and can be recovered and regenerated easily. The stillage residue which is fluid at ambient temperatures can be purged conveniently. It is a perfect catalyst for the synthetic phosphorus sulfochloride.The influential factors on batch reaction were investigated by single factor experiments and the optimum process conditions were obtained. The optimized conditions followed as: mother solution bOg, reflux reaction time 2 hours, material mol ratio 1:1.5, catalyst 30g. Under the optimum conditions, the average purity of twenty five times reversion tests is 97.5% and the yield of that is 98.7%, which meet the industrial required standard.For the first time, the influential factors on semi-continous reaction were investigated by single factor experiments and modified simplex experiments and the optimum conditions were obtained. The optimized conditions followed as: mother solution 190 200g. dropping velocity of phosphorus trichloride about 60 droplets/mm, reaction temperature 128 ~- 133 C. Under the no stirrer, semi-continous operation and optimum conditions, the purity of phosphorus sulfochloride is 96.2% and the yield is 98.8%. |
