Nylon Staple Fiber Pretreatment And Pretreatment Of Nylon Staple Fiber In The Truck Tire Tread Rubber Compound

The improvement and innovation of former pretreatment system are obtained based on D method pretreatment, using domestic and cheap carbolated styrene-butadiene latex instead of imported and expensive butadiene-pyridine copolymer latex. The results of the experiments indicate that carbolated styrene-butadiene latex system can endue the pretreatment with adhesive performance at the same time reduce the cost of pretreatment greatly. Moreover, we also chiefly researched and developed new Epoxy resorcinol-formaldehyde resin/ carbolated -styrene -butadiene latex system, Epoxy resin oligomer/ resorcinol/ methanal/ carbolated-styrene-butadiene latex system resorcinol/ methanal/ maleic anhydride/ 1,4-butanedinol/ PVA/ carbolated -styrene-butadiene latex system and so on. The test and analysis of the tensile and tearing properties indicate that all new pretreatment systems can endue the pretreatment with some degree adhesive effect. The adhesive property has exceeded that of DN series.For the study of the application of short fiber application to tire, we chiefly studied the effect of all kinds of properties of heavy load tire tread which reinforced with DN and DN66 . The test and analysis of basic mechanic properties, dynamic properties, heat build up, friction factor, akron abrasion and so on of the tire tread indicate that the addition of the two kinds of short fiber above can improve the tearing property, dynamic modulus, but put some blight on heat build up and akron abrasion. In addition, they are greatly affected by process. That is to say, the changes of the performance are bigger and curves are more complicated. All the properties mentioned in the above were analysed and discussed deeply, furthermore, all kinds of resolutions were put forward. In chief, when the adding amount of the short fiber is about 5 pphr, the comprehensive properties of the composite are better and the process is easier.
