At present,the production of waste rubber is increasing year by year,and the devulcanization treatment of waste rubber to prepare reclaimed rubber is an efficient method for the circular utilization of rubber products.Considering the current state of environmental pollution and the relative shortage of energy,it is of great practical significance for the research of renewable rubber.In this paper reclaimed rubber,calcium carbonate and carbon black N220 and N330 were chosen to fill in natural rubber/butadiene compound with the different proportion so as to study the changes of its performance,including mechanical properties and abrasion resistance.The purpose of this paper was to guarantee the properties of composite materials,while cutting costs so as to recycle waste rubber.The results showed that when 30phr reclaimed rubber was used,the overall performance of the steel tread compounds,including the tensile strength,the elongation at break,300%modulus,permanent deformation,Shore hardness and abrasion,were the most excellent,being 15.94MPa,552.10%,8.49MPa,33.28%,68,and 0.8659cm~3respectively.In the case of adding 30phr reclaimed rubber,tread formula by adding 6phr calcium carbonate as filler,the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance were optimal.respectively 15.18MPa,502.67%,7.63MPa,29.00%,64,0.6321cm~3.In the case of adding 30phr reclaimed rubber and 6phr calcium carbonate,carbon black N220 and N330 carbon black fraction ratio were 30/20,the mechanical and abrasion performance of the tread compounds were optimal,being 15.26MPa,491.38%,7.91MPa,29.90%,64and 0.6302cm~3 respectively.In summary,the performance of the tire rubber in the total steel tread formula is the maximum value when the recycled rubber is added to 30 phr,and the optimum performance is achieved;In the case of adding 30phr regenerating glue,the ratio of 6phr calcium carbonate added to the tread formula and N220/N330 added was the best performance at 30/20.The specific values are:15.26 MPa tensile strength,491.38%fracture elongation,wear and wear 0.6302 cm~3,hardness 64.
