With the development of industry, the need of water has been increased, so the government advocates the economizing-water industry.The composition of coagulation water in the petrochemical enterprise is very complex, it includes kinds of salt and organic matter.There has not been an effective way to purify this part of coagulation water for reusing at present in the world, so large amount of water and energy resource was wasted.A serial of purifying ways including micro-air-bubble flotation process, manganese sand catalytic reaction, lignocellulose adsorption and filtration have been studied to wipe off .the oil and iron of coagulation water. Some dynamic simulation experiments have been performed at different conditions. After studying the data, the research gets to the following conclusions:1.Minim oil molecule and iron ion can be cut down evidently by micro-air-bubble flotation process, it need less time and energy resource, so it should be carried out in industry.2.With the temperature raising ,the efficiency of micro-air-bubble flotation process has been improved, at 70癈it can get to 80%, so it can fit the high temperature characteristic of coagulation water.3.Under the conditions of this experiment, it can be received: when the ratio of gas to waste water reaches 7, the efficiency of micro-air-bubble flotation process get the highest; the technical parameter is: the ratio of gas to waste water ranges 7~10, PH ranges 7.0~8.0.
