After analyzing epoch when economy globalizes, knowledge economy develops fast and the pattern of china's social economy changes. The dissertation reviews the evolvement and scarcity of sustainable development study at home and abroad. The study about philosophy and concept lays is not deep and the theory system is not constructed completely. Based on the scarcities above, the dissertation studies sustainable development from next aspects:1. Eco-ethnics offers behavior ethics, builds a bridge between concept and practice for sustainable development. Compared with traditional development theory, systems and patterns sustainable development is a breach and brand-new development stratagem. So it needs academic support of innovation theory and system economics. Philosophy, eco-ethnics and innovation theory build up the base and flat for ISSD together.2.
