The Research On The Positive-Function Of Science And Technology Innovation In The Visual Field Of Sustainable Development

With the development of science and technology innovation, science and technology as a new kind of fetishism is penetrating and spreading from production areas to every corner of social life areas and technologicalism has become a new ideology and the rule of force. For a long time, the function and role of scientific and technological innovation have been abused, misused, which increasingly leads to the problem of sustainable development of human kind that today's people of the world must face and resolve. Once upon a time, science and technology has degenerated from the admirable position as the "first productive forces" into the embarrassing circumstances as the "first destructive forces" .The scientific approach and the proper use of scientific and technological innovation capabilities to play its positive features of sustainable development of human kind, has become an issue of great concern. Overall, first, to play a positive function of scientific and technological innovation can be powerful in promoting China's sustainable economic development; second, to play a positive function of scientific and technological innovation can be a powerful promotion of the sustainable development of our society; and third, to play a scientific and technological innovation can be a strong positive feature to promote sustainable development of China's resources and environment.In this paper, under the guidance of the Principles of Marxist Philosophy, looking Closely at the relationship between the scientific and technological innovation and sustainable development from an Angle of Modernity, I try to make a more comprehensive, in-depth research and exploration about the role and the specific ways of sustainable development of resources and environment in order to as deeply and comprehensively as possible discuss that scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental way to achieve sustainable economic development , the fundamental choice to achieve sustainable social development, and the fundamental measure for sustainable development of resources and environment in the view of philosophy level.In this article, with the main thread of the relationship between science and technology innovation and sustainable development, it makes a systematic argument about the scientific and technological innovations'functions, and concrete ways to promote the sustainable development. In general the article is divided into six parts: In the Introduction section it summarizes the historical change of the relationship between technological innovation and sustainable development and put forward the necessity and feasibility of the research, in order to lay the foundation for the later style or manner of writing and establish a starting point. It specifically determines the connotation of economic development, social development, environmental pollution, resource crises and environmental degradation and specifically studies the ways of specific research and origin of force of playing a positive function by scientific technological innovation, promoting sustainable development of economic, sociality, resources and environment and how to ensure the scientific and technological innovation to play a positive function in the mechanism.
