Multiphase Fluid Multiphase Separation Technology

In this paper, the multiphase separating technique is studied. Staring with separation principal, some domestic and foreign cognition about separation principal and separation methods common used are introduced in this paper. Considering about the produce problem in oil-field, adopting new theory, using methods of analysis and calculation and so on., a new type of three-phase separator is set forward.This paper is divided into four parts: the separation theory and some types of separator common used, the condition about the droplets' move in the separator, the factors in which influenced the efficiency of separator and setting forward a new type of gravitational separator.In this paper, we selected the horizontal gravitation oil gas water three-phase separator that adopted slather inland to studied with pertinence. At first we analysis the dynamitic proceed of the three-phase separator's inside liquid, then discuss the factors which influence the dropping. At last, we summarize the factors in which is do great influence to efficiency of the separating equipment, concerned about some cognition of the oil-water-gas three-phase separator.Finally, according to the amended theory and formula of ground separate, we bring up the improving design then purpose a new type of gravitational separate!'.
