It is important to improve the quality and machining efficient of product. The technology of Dynamic Simulation on NC Machining, which could efficiently decrease the cost of product and improve the competition of Enterprise, is one of the key technologies of CAD/CAM. From the view point of supporting the project of Jiangsu scientific technology, this paper focused on the prototype of dynamic simulation and developed some advanced function modules of lathing simulation. The main content are as follows:1. After analyzing the development of NC and Dynamic Simulation, this paper used software engineering language named UML to design the advanced models, such as collision.2. Research on the definition of collision and the base arithmetic. Considering the characteristics of lathing machining, the author construct the collision cell, such as the tool body or clamp body, and simplify the arithmetic of checking collision. It could efficiently improve the speed of soft running.3. Introduce the constant circulation G-code during dynamic simulation system for NC lathing. Considering the precision and speed of machining, the author put forward the new arithmetic.4. Introduce some soft stable technologies in the process of compile.
