During the hydro lie polymerization of caprolactam, react time is an important factor effecting on the quantity of Nylon 6 slice. At present, the factories all over the world all insist on the theory that react time can't less than 12 hours. Although the quantity is stable, the output and consume are badly effected. The article studied the method that decreasing the reaction time, increasing the throughout and lowing the cost and energy consume by ameliorating the technique and rebuilding part equipment.The react time is a crux of the whole process. Involving the crux we build the new kinetic model according to the theory "new animate", expound and prove the availability of shortening the react time. At the production practice, these measurements including the betterment of process in front and tail tube, extracting water experiment and drying solid phase increasing viscosity assure the quantity of products more stable, the operation is more flexible and the consume of stuff decreases.The result show that, the improved technique is applied in the equipment of cord fabric products department Baling corporation increase the design load of ZIMMA & from 1300t/a to 1700t/a successfully controlled the react time in 10 hours By adjusting the temperature of biphenyl, vacuum degree, decrease the increase the initial viscosity from 3.10-3.15 to 3.00-3.05. By changing extract water temperature, the volume of water decrease the consumption of desalted water and vapor, the content of extraction in the slice is subtract 0.1%. By controlling the flow of N2 and temperature, the viscosity of slice is also about 3.45, unit consume of slice decrease from 1.038t/t to 1.030t/t, hold a safe lead in the civil same trade at production, quantity consume, acquire the satisfied effects. The improved technique has a wide applied prospect and popularized value.
