| Organic electric fibre is a new type antistatic fibre, which can effectively restrain the antistatic properties of fabrics, but present tests and evaluations cannot express its antistatic properties fully. And the fabrics interweaving organic electric filaments have the problem that they will absorb dust when dry and dusty.To solve the problem, on the basis of surveying the development process of antistatic technique, the characteristics of organic electric fibres, and current tests and evaluations of the antistatic properties of the fabrics interweaving organic electric filaments, this thesis demonstrates the importance of testing the distribution of fabrics' surface static field, and develops the testing apparatus. Then, the thesis studies the rapid testing technique that tests the distribution of fabrics' surface static field by dyes, and develops the testing system to evaluating the antistatic properties of the fabrics interweaving organic electric filaments. With this understanding, the thesis studies the influence of stain when testing the specimens' antistatic properties, the drycleanability of organic electric fibres, and the relationship between the interweaving distance and the antistatic properties with different organic electric fibres and different interweaving ways. In addition, the thesis studies the precision and the reliability of the evaluating merits testing the antistatic properties. |
