The Application And Research Of Antistatic Clothing Based On Conductive Fiber

With the continuous development of modem society,people demand for textile products has been developed from the past "economic and practical" into "functional,health protection,protective type".Textile textile because of its durability,beautiful,quick dry,free of ironing and so on are popular with consumers.But fiber with hydrophobic and insulation,resulting in textile processing and wear clothing in the process of electrostatic phenomenon,to people's production and life bring some trouble and difficulties,seriously affect the normal production or even cause an accident.This puts forward higher requirements for the electrostatic properties of textiles.Is proposed in this paper,based on the research of conductive fiber,conductive fibre and fibre knitting method of combining the,persistent antistatic performance and make the knitted fabric is of good performance.This article first to the classification and characteristics of conductive fiber,and the factors influencing the electrical conductivity is analyzed,and then introduces the development of the knitted fabric and structure of the system,raw material,the organization of knitted fabric structure,fabric density and so on are analyzed in detail.Based on functional requirements and the technological characteristics of antistatic fabric is analyzed,put forward the method of using reduce fiber resistance to improve fiber electric anti-static.This is achieved by blending or weaving conductive fibers.Through the comparison of the experimental results,it is found that the antistatic property of the conductive fabric is better than that of the non conductive yarn.Therefore,adding conductive fiber meets the requirements of anti-static clothing.Finally,through the combination of personalized digital printing design and embedded conductive fiber knitted garment design,the clothing has the beauty at the same time,it also has functionality and deepens the significance of clothing.
