With the rapid development of industrial production, most synthetic fibers have been universally used as raw materials in textile Industry. The products made synthetic fibers become people's favor for their washing fastness and durability, elegancy and good taste as well as being exempt from ironing and quick drying. But is water repellency properties insulation may bring about charged phenomenon both in textile processing and dressing, also some troubles or difficulties may arouse in manufacture or everyday's life, which sometimes go so far as to disturb the normal industrial procedure or to cause some accidents. Especially the speedy development of electronics, medicine, precision instruments, with the purpose of conductive ability of the fibers and textile products.So far, there are less reports on the structure and properties of functional fiber's, there are much less reports on the structure and properties of Fractal antistatic knitted fabric. Considering the Fractal antistatic knitted fabric as research object, through the instruments such as thickness gauge, breathabilitery, drapery, wamther, antistatic gauge, dry box and multi-function strength testing instrument, the relationship between the structure and performance of Fractal antistatic knitted fabric is studied in this paper systematically by testing the breathability, emission, bulging effect, warmth retention property and antistatic property.
