Efficiency Perforation Study

In this paper, the mechanism of combined perforating-fracturing techniques and the situation of the studies were briefly introduced, study the enhanced-perforator passing the method that experiment combined together with theories. Its main contents is as follows:(1) Study gun from three aspects: choose gun body' s material, calculate intensity of screw thread, design the hole of leak gas.(2) Analyzed the jet' s related mechanism, and discuss the basic construction of the shaped charge and its model of the calculation. Using of " shaped charge engineering design software" develop the proceeding charge.(3) Design the compose of powder, investigate its feature of energy, combustion information base on theoretic and spot experiment(4) Compare enhanced-perforator and normal perforating device, the former is exceeding.
