The experiment adopted macroporous resin of the modern isolation technologies of Chinese drug,and water extract - ethanol precipitation method and ethanol reflux extract method of traditional Chinese drug,which concentrated on comparing research regarding to extract processes on active parts of Momordica charantia. Set beta -sitosterol as quantitative index , the saponin content on active parts acquired from three kinds of extract processes was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry. Results are as folio wings: In the method of macroporous resin ,extract with 10 times water for 1.5 hr for the first time,8 times water for 1.5 hr for the second time,6 times water for 1 hr for the third time, the best mobile speed is 20ml/min; For the method of water extract -ethanol precipitation,the better concentration is 90% alcohol.In the method of ethanol reflux, the optimum method is 95% alcohol, 12 times for 1.5 hr.The highest saponin content was obtained by the use of macroporous resin,which priors to the other two. In addition to the above-mentioned, the extraction from the resin has been proved to have hypoglycaemic action by the pharmacologic experiment. |
