Maluping Mining - Machine - Environment System Reliability Study

On the base of the man-machine-environment theory reliability theory, fuzzy mathematics, management information systems and related knowledge, the reliability of the man-machine-environment system of the Phosphorite stope which can be regarded as man , machine and environment in logical series system is analyzed. In this paper, by the way of analyzing the factors of man , machine .environment and the whole man-machine-environment system ,ways which were the fault model, the guide line of fault factors, the calculating methods for reliability, the fuzzy synthesis analysis and evaluation etc are established for man , machine and environment. And then, with the theory of fussy synthesis analysis, the reliability of the man-machine-environment system of the Phosphorite stope is analyzed and evaluated as a whole.To man reliability evaluation, the influencing factors are analyzed from internal cause and outer cause. Then, the computing method on man reliability evaluation introduced and Phosphorite stope's man reliability is evaluated with fuzzy-synthetical way.To machine reliability evaluation, the fault factors of machine is firstly analyzed. Then, the stope machines are considered to be a large series-parallel system, based on which the reliable computing formula, a new reliable evaluation formula combined with fuzzy mathematics and the fuzzy-synthetical evaluation formula on machine system is built.To environment reliability evaluation, by way of discussing influencing factors of noise銆乵ine dust銆乸ernicious gas, work site etc, their influences on people's labor efficiency, healthy and machine's normal operating are made clear, from which the environment reliability is further evaluated and a new subject function and fuzzy-synthetical evaluation formula are built.Finally, the man-machine-environment system of the Phosphorite stope is thought as series system and the fuzzy evaluation formula for whole system reliability is built. As an example, the reliability of Maluping Phosphorite of Kailin corporation in Guizhou is analysed and evaluated, meanwhile, the methods and measures are brought forward in order to improve the reliability of sole and whole factors of man-machine-environment system.
