Aiming at the problem of low mining efficiency in Gaoguanying Iron Mine,Taking the mid-170 m ore body as the research object,combining with theoretical analysis,mathematical analysis and numerical simulation analysis,the mining method most suitable for the mid-170 m ore body is optimized,and the mining process is numerically simulated to verify the safety and rationality of the optimized mining method.1)Through the analysis of the mining technical conditions,the technical and economic requirements for the selection of mining methods are obtained,and the principles for the selection of mining methods suitable for the mine are summarized.2)Combining the Requirements of mine mining It is concluded that the suitable methods are upward slicing filling mining method with 5m height,upward slicing filling mining method with 10 m height,upward slicing filling mining method with intervalpillar,upward slicing and sublevel goaf.The stope structure was determined and the technical and economic indexes were calculated.3)The method selection hierarchical structure is established by AHP,the weight of each index is quantification.Combining with the fuzzy mathematics theory,the upward slicing filling mining method with 10 m height is the optimum mining method.4)The three-dimensional numerical model of-170 m middle stope is reconstructed to verify the safety of the optimized mining method.The distribution of stope stress field in each step is analyzed,and the conclusion that stope is in stable state is drawn.In addition,according to the value of surface subsidence,the scheme will not destroy the surface.Now,Gaoguanying Iron Mine has begun to use the method to do mining work.The mining efficiency and economic benefits have been improved,the stope is stable,and no obvious subsidence phenomenon on surface.This is similar to the simulation results,which proves the rationality of the simulation.The simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for safe and efficient follow-up mining in mines.Figure 43;Table 14;Reference 54...
