The lithology and orebody morphology of a Zinc-Gold polymetallic ore deposit are complex,and the occurrence differences are obvious.The current mining scheme is difficult to meet the needs of safety,economy and mining efficiency under the current mining situation.Aiming at the above problems,based on the technical conditions and morphological occurrence characteristics of complex ore body mining,this paper introduces the idea of intensive mining,and systematically studies the intensive mining and stope structural parameters optimization of complex Zinc-Gold polymetallic ore through literature review,field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the mine engineering data and field investigation,by classifying and analyzing the mining technical conditions and the occurrence characteristics of ore bodies,the distribution characteristics,occurrence characteristics and typical differences of primary and secondary orebodies are summarized,which provides basic reference for the selection of intensive mining methods.(2)Based on the intensive mining idea and the analysis results of orebody characteristics,the main and secondary orebodies are classified according to the average thickness and dip angle of the orebody,and three basic matching mining methods are selected.Then,taking full account of the nine factors of economy,technology and safety,AHP-FUZZY method is used to carry out comprehensive analysis,and the superiority of the primary selection schemes is90.86%,81.86%,74.16%,respectively.Finally,the optimal intensive mining method is determined to be upward horizontal slicing and filling method.(3)Aiming at the optimal intensive mining method,the optimization of stope structural parameters is studied,and the three-dimensional orebody model is established by combining ANSYS and FLAC3D.According to the actual production of mines at home and abroad,nine different schemes are drawn up according to the width and height of stope mining approach.The maximum principal stress,vertical displacement and plastic zone of stope mining approach at the roof of each scheme are analyzed,and the stability of each mining scheme is judged.Five schemes with good stability were selected,and the closeness of each scheme was calculated by AHP-TOPSIS to be 0.509,0.527,0.507,0.581,0.444.The optimum width and height of the scheme was 4m×3m.(4)According to the optimization of mining methods and stope structure parameters based on intensive thinking,the implementation scheme of intensive mining is improved from three aspects:the main engineering analysis,technical and economic analysis and safety technology analysis of intensive mining.
