Chlorine Dioxide Catalytic Oxidation Of Waste Water Treatment And Catalyst Research

As a kind of water treatment medicament, chlorine dioxide (C102) is wildly used in water treatment field because of its excellent functions. Utilizing its strong oxidizability to treat refractory wastewater is one of the primary uses of C102 in water treatment.The preparation of catalyst of ClO2 catalytic oxidation, C102 chemical oxidation system and CIO; catalytic oxidation system of Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR and Direct Scarlet were studied in this paper and also optimized two catalyst carriers and two kinds of catalyst carrier.Catalyst life, catalyst recovery and mechanism of C102 catalytic oxidation were elementarily developed. The study illuminated that C102 catalytic oxidation was an efficient method to treat refractory wastewater and it had a broad prospect.
