The Antiparotitis Injection is one of the injections of Chinese traditional medicine that isempoldered by China in the early time. It is made of bines of Lonicera Japonica Thunb extracted bywater and then precipitated by ethanol. It has assured effection on epidemic parotitis, and its study isone of the national science and technology brainstormitems. This dissertation is to study the fingerprint of the Antiparotitis Injection and the pHarmaceuticaltechnology of the Rendongteng Injection..1 According to the Technical Demand of the Fingerprint about Injection of Chinese TraditionalMedicine and the Technical Guide of the Chromatogram Fingerprint about Injection of ChineseTraditional Medicine, my dissertation investigated and formulated HPLC fingerprints of the crudedrugs, the semi-manufactured goods and the finished products.2 The method of determining the content of Chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in bines of LoniceraJaponica Thunb was established. And thirteen groups of crude drugs from different producing areaswere detected, which laid the foundations for the technology study and quality control ofRendongteng Injection.3 With the orthogonal experimental design, the best extract term is: The drug is extracted by 70%ethanol for 2 times, one hour and 8 times 70% ethanol for each time.4 After the research on the purification effect of macro porous resin, the best technology term is: theextraction substance whose density is 1.0g/ml and volume is 1BV passes the macro porous resincolumn whose d/L is 1/9 at the absorbed speed of 0.5ml/min. Then the column is eluted with 3BVwater and 6BV 50% ethanol at the eluted speed of 2.0 ml/min.5 In the process of molding of the Rendongteng Injection, the effect of pH and quantity of activecardon were investigated. The best technology termis: pH=6.0, the dosage of active cardon is 0.1%.7 By comparing the Antiparotitis Injection with the Rendongteng Injection on the content of effectivecomponents and their fingerprints, we can see that the impurity components with strong polarity hasbeen eliminated, and the effective components has been enriched and purified at some degree. Thisimproved technology can be put into practice.
