The thesis does the related description to the synthesize utilization methods and path of the pyrite cinders exploitation at home and aboard; And proceeded the craft mineralogy research to the pyrite cinders produced by yunfeng chemistry industry company of Yunnan; Analysis and investigate the shape of the main mineral, mineral characteristic station of adhering to mineral and connect form etc. According to these features, find out the reason why pyrite cinders target is hard to enrichment.According to the craft mineralogy of pyrite cinders, the thesis discuss the methods how to separate the iron ore from gangue and how to remove sulfur effectively. The study adopt gravity-processing, magnetic -processing and flotation craft to do the experiment research of pyrite cinders in recovering iron. By the Test, we find out the better technological conditions, the results show that the secondary magnetic-spiral and spiral -magnetic are the better flowsheet for the pyrite cinders. Under the action of muriatic acid and hydrofluoric acid (ammonia), the content of sulphur, silicon, lead, copper are descend to 0.21%, 8.26%, 0.053%, 0.023%. A total iron concentrate containing 62.34% Fe is obtained with recovery of 78.08% Fe. The advantages of the methods are simple and convenient to operation. The company can get more profits after they apply the craft, the economic benefit will be viability.Under the condition of using routine reagent, adopt the methods of reverse flotation to do the research in recovering sulphur from +100 mesh production for pyrite cinders, the sulphur concentrate containing 38.67% S is obtained with recovery of 54.60% S, which get the target of utilizing the mine resource sufficient.
