For dozens of years' production, large amount of tail ing in DaChang mines has been piled up.Restricted by technology level and produce condition, indexes of metal recycle is very low. Many metals, especial thin granularity metal s,are losed terrible in the tailing. Many useful minerals have not been reclaimed in the tailing. It can not only lead to the waste of natural resource, but polluted exterior circu instance of DaChang mines. At present,DaChang resource is poverty gradually incr easingly as the continuance of large scale production, the natural resource will be exhausted before long.Studying and exploitating resource of tailing have important sense for DaChang' s continual development at the present of expl citing raw mine.HuaXi group is dealing with the old tailin g of BaLi plant now,but the index is comparatively low a nd the recovery of Stannum is only 20% and Sulphur andArsenic are not reclaimed. It has formed the new waste of resource and pollution of exterior circumstance of DaCh ang mines. For synthetically reclaim and utilize DaChang ol d tailing,we have done minitype probing trial for synthetic ally reclaim Stannum,Lead,Zinc,Sulphur,Arsenic. The reseach includes:the test of suitable grinding gra nularity, the process test of Stannum and obtaining Stannum final concentrate with grade 40% and recovery 50%,the pro cess test of Zincum and obtaining Zincum final concentratewith grade 45% and recovery 40%, the process test of Sulphur and obtaining Sulphur final concentrate with grade 35% and recovery 40% and the process test of Arsenic an d obtaining Arsenic final concentrate with grade 30% and recovery 40%.After eight monthes' hard work,we have finished mi nitype probing trial.
