The main components of the molybdenum flotation tailing from Ruyang branch of Jinduicheng molybdenum company is iron,which contained in magnetite, In the gangues, quartz , chalcedonite and sericite has a high content. And the less content mining consists feldspar, actinolitum and chlorite etc. The crystal grain of magnetite is fine and the degree of liberation is only 32.1% , the rest magnetite contained in gangues existed by automorpHic or half-automorphic forms. In the magnetite, the content that embed in sphene is 20%. So the experiment key is tested the grinding fineness , and 99.14% #-400grinding grain has become a necessary factor.In this paper, the process flow and technical conditions has been made sure down after a general and systemic experimental study. Add a scavenging to the existing flowsheet and adjusted the magnetic density to 0.17T in roughing flow and 0.23T in scavenging flow, fine-ginding the ore to 99.14% #-400, Then concentrate dressing flow. Atfer the totel the dressing flow, the yield of iron ore were 80%, the grade were 63.06% and the recovery were 35.94%. The middling material in concentrate dressing flow can be used as a kind of additive in cement manufacturing.Analytical the benefit according to 1000T daily capacity, The high quality ironmaking raw material daily output of This manufactory were 345T, the daily output value were 17 ten thousand yuan and the yearly output value were 5610 ten thousand yuan.
