The fly ash particles filled monomer cast nylon (MC nylon) composites were studied. The tensile stress, surface hardness, bend stress of the composites has been studied and analysed. In the experiment, the fly ash is dealt with as a result of the coupling agent activation; filling the fly ash of different qualities to the MC nylon castings products; and different surface treatments on fly ash have been studied. The results show that the tensile stress, hardness and the bend stress of MC-nylon are increased with filling fly ash after having been treated; It is more efficient that the titanate 201 coupling agent was used treat fly ash particles than KH550 and titanate 101 were used; The mechanical properties have changed with content of filler; And material has best integrative mechanical property when the content of filler is about 20%; The property of the composites is decided by the filling sufficiency when the fly ash are treated by different way under the same content of filler. Meanwhile, cost of the casting is lowered, resulting in good economy.
