Igbt Inverter Welder Digital Design And Realization

Nowadays, the research of digital and intelligent welding machine has been pay more attention. Our country is just at the beginning in this field. In this paper,we introduce our production of digital welding machine.We designed the digital main controll circuit of the IGBT inverter power and the interface circuit based on the NB500 serial IGBT inverter welding machine of Xionggu electric company. Besides, we analyze the transition of melt, and then contrive an algorithm to controll the CO₂ welding. And this algorithm has been validated on the spot jointing, and get a good welding performance.The primary skill and knowledge involved include: software and hardware designe of DSP and 51MCU, digital and analog circuit designe, C coding, CO₂ welding, IGBT inverter, etc.
