Using the concept of process into quality management engenders the method of process management.First the thesis interprets the main method and measure of process management theoretically on the basis of defining process and process method. Then it elaborates applying theory to reality that is using process management into qulity control and qulity improvement in Cut-Made process thoroughly. Finally gathering the data of production statistics, analyses the control condition, discovers problems and carrys out improvement using the Control- Chart and Crossing-Test.
