Business process management has become a hot spot for researchers in enterprise and academic.Through the optimization and transformation of business processes,operating costs of the enterprise will be greatly reduced and core competitiveness will be great enhanced.With great improvement in Chinese economic,Competition within the tobacco industry has become fierce.According to the requirement of State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and Shandong Tobacco Corporation,Jinan Cigarette Factory needs to complete the quality management system revision work by the end of 2018 and certified by external audit of ISO 9000-2015 quality management system.However,the existing workflow,organization structure,and management system of Jinan Cigarette Factory are established on the basis of the original ISO 9000-2008 quality management system,and the requirements of the 2015 version system are quite different.During the management practice of Jinan Cigarette Factory,I found that there are imperfect quality target management mechanisms in existing business processes,weak links in organizational business process management,inadequate identification of process quality risks,lack of sound innovation system and mechanisms,and short of opportunities to improve innovation.The above mentioned does not meet the requirements of the ne.w version of the quality management system.After in-depth study of business process management theory,quality management theory and business process optimization management practice cases in the tobacco industry,I proposed the basic framework of Jinan Cigarette Factory based on the 2015 version of the quality management system business process management optimization.Through the establishment of the value chain model of Jinan Cigarette Factory,the business process of Jinan Cigarette Factory was sorted out,and the core business process and process management status of Jinan Cigarette Factory were identified.Through the use of scientific management methods such as flow chart and process failure mode analysis,the innovation management process on the quality risk prevention and control process and target management process of Jinan Cigarette Factory,we optimize the business processes and management processes that do not conform,do not adapt and do not generate value-added in core business processes,and put forward the safeguard measures after the business process optimization of Jinan Cigarette Factory from the three aspects of corporate culture,institutional mechanism and organization.Through this business process optimization practice,the Jinan Cigarette Factory system upgrade work has been fully completed,so that the compatibility,effectiveness and operational efficiency of the enterprise management system have been significantly improved.The process management work continued to deepen,and the enterprise management soft power and management maturity increased significantly.I hope that the future process management of Jinan Cigarette Factory will be helpful,and it will be useful for the optimization of business process in the same industry.
