Research On The Application Of Lean Quality Management In Cigarette Manufacturing Enterprises

With the development of market economy,the competition between enterprises of all sizes in China is becoming more and more fierce.It is generally accepted that improving product quality is one of the key factors for production enterprises to win the competition.In the current competitive environment,how to improve the quality of products through effective management is a difficult problem for enterprises of all sizes.In recent years,some scholars have innovated and explored the related theories and methods on the basis of the prevailing management situation of manufacturing enterprises in China and the demand for comprehensive improvement of enterprise operation system.They have learned from many outstanding achievements such as ISO9000,total quality management,Six Sigma management and lean production,and on this basis,lean quality management ideas and their application methods are produced.In recent years,the wide application of Lean quality management has exerted a tremendous influence on cigarette production.It makes cigarette factories pay more attention to the optimization of production management process instead of the improvement of manufacturing technology.Through a series of measures,the quality,economic efficiency and modernization of cigarette industry enterprises will be improved,and the basic management,talent management,and on-site management of enterprises will be promoted.Based on the conclusion of the quality management status quo and the comprehensive needs analysis of the cigarette industry enterprises in which I work,the ideas and methods of lean quality management are inherited,innovated and explored.This paper draws on several mature tools and methods such as total quality management,lean production and Six Sigma Management,and puts forward a lean quality management path suitable for the current status of the enterprise.This paper summarizes the effective experience and lessons of lean quality management in enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions on the management of lean quality management system for manufacturing enterprises inside and outside the industry.Based on the current situation of quality management and the demand analysis of comprehensive improvement of quality management in cigarette industry enterprises,this paper inherits,innovates and explores the ideas and methods of lean quality management.This paper draws on several mature tools and methods such as total quality management,lean production and Six Sigma Management,and puts forward a lean quality management path suitable for the current status of the enterprise.This paper summarizes the effective experience and lessons of lean quality management in enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions on the management of lean quality management system for manufacturing enterprises inside and outside the industry.
